Hi Harry I would like to no would it would be ok for me to go out for a walk for 1 hour My husband John is not allowed out of the house because he is in his 3 rd month of chemo He had a stem cell transplant 4 years ago we both are very active walkers he is 66 years and I am 68 years but I wold love to no iff it would be ok for m3 to go out walking Harry xxxx
