This is so hard for you as I know because my husband's Cancer has spread to his liver but apart from immunotherapy there is nothing else they can do but it sounds much more hopeful with your Dad as they can cut it out.  He may need follow up treatment but please try and stay positive it's such a better state of mind than negative thoughts.  Both my daughters are struggling because their Dad isn't getting better but your Dad has a much better chance, so think in that way.  I've put you on the follow thread and seeing as I'm an oldie and confined to home I can write again if you wish.  Good luck, Carol
