Lives shattered out of the blue June 03 when husband was diagnosed with brain tumor.  Had a good surgery , followed by radiotheraphy with TMZ. Developed major reaction to TMZ , spend 2 weeks in isolation  , then was on PVC  . Scan this week and showed tunor regrowth and new active tunor.

A real blow.

Now being proposed for clinical trial as has chek 2 mutation. Cant have more surgery or radiotheraphy.

If not accepted on trial, Avastin next line?

Anybody any experience of Avastin or trials.

Devastated.  Hes just 50. Our lives were so normal and healthy and are now shocked to core. Find it hard to accept , but have to be strong. Feel I need to give up work to be present while he is healthy

Any advice
