Journey continues

I have been caring for my ex since he was diagnosed with AML last June.

AML is incurable, now getting palliative care. For past 5 months he's been getting chemo called  Azacitidine, he gets it for 7 days, then 3 weeks free. He also gets blood and platelets every week. He is skin and bone now and sleeps a lot. His mindset is great, taking each day as it comes. It's heartbreaking to watch and I just don't know if there are various stages of AML, or if he will just continue to get weaker.

Any advice would be great

Thanks x
