Hello I'm so sorry to hear about your nan , you need to stay strong for her now and question all her doctors even gp ask her gp what help is available , there should be a care plan put in place by her consultant which gets send to all involved gp, district nurses . Play her favourite music sing with her make every day count my lovely . Make her as comfortable as possible and give her what she wants , favourite foods or treats .hope this helps you .stay strong.
