My gran has recently been told she is dying and will be away this year i am really struggling with this as i have had cancer myself and just lost my mother in law to cancer in November i feel like am drowning
Poor you Cjay2311 this is a lot to have to deal with when you yourself have been directly affected by cancer. I am really sorry to hear too that you lost your mother in law to cancer recently and that your grandmother is dying. This is a lot to have to bear and it's normal to feel like this is all too much. Perhaps you could talk to your GP about how you are feeling and everything that has been happening to you? I am sure your doctor will be able to give you some good advice to help you cope in the coming days and weeks.

Thank you lucie i really appreciate the words and yes i have made an appointment with docs as really getting on top of me and yeh i have been chatting to others in similar and same positions i feel tho am moaning about tiny things there are so many people got real big problems
