It's not uncommon to have painful or stiff joints whilst taking Anastrozole. I know there are lots of ladies here on the forum who will have experienced pain, discomfort or stiffness whilst taking this drug. 
Please do speak to your GP or specialist nurse who will be able to chat to you about your options. Alternatively if you'd like to speak to one of our nurses for some advice you can call them on 0808 800 4040 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm).

thanks so much for your answr i read that lots of people get the bone pain in there knees hands leg but noone ever says shoulder pain which concern me thanks again means alot xxxx
