Hello, so my best friend has been told he has lung cancer, he was recently admitted to hospital with a bad chest infection, he has lost 2 stone at present, today was told he had it in his lymph nodes around his stomach, we go Wednesday for a meeting, they have told him it's not curable but maybe treatable and graded it a 4, I need honest truth of what's going to happen, how much time does he have.thank u in advance
