My mum was diagnosed in April last year with Stage 4 cancer which had started in her bowel and spread to liver by the time we found out. She was offered treatment but had no effect. This then stopped in August and only palliative care now. Her positivity keeps her going. Her stomach is hard and enlarged on one side. She just cannot get comfortable and has a lot of pain, I don't want to see her suffer anymore. My dad 74 who never fell ill, has passed away last week. Now I am worried about her even more since she lives very far. My GP has given me a FIT test yesterday so don't know what is going on at the minute!
