Hi my dad was poorly before Christmas we were told he has bladder cancer. Today we were told that it has spread to his bones, liver and lymph glands. I can honestly say that I do not know what to say or do.
it's an extremely difficult time when a very close one who you love has this illness. But you know, the best advice comes from yourself. Just be yourself and you will be amazed at the inner strength you find within. I too felt absolutely helpless, as my sister has tumours in her brain, her eye ,breast, and the lumps all over her body . But at times like this its amazing just how we are able to cope And the courage within will come. Be kind and gentle to yourself for you are precious. Its a grieving process where your inner strength will surprise you. it's a massive shock to begin with but the deep love you hAve for you dad will bring out great strength.
