I am so sorry, you're dealing so many things at once and it must be hard. You should try talking to someone, weather its siblings, councillors or even your dad about the trauma you're feeling, putting on a brave face means you really care for your dad and don't want him to see you in pain, and in a lot of ways I understand that, but there's nothing wrong with reaching out for help, especially about cancer, if you bottle it up, your sorrow will only get worse and that'll cause even more pain to your dad.
