Mum has been diagnosed with Stage 2 invasive bladder cancer. She's over 90 and frail. Radiotherapy recommended. But I'm worried about side effects. Just want her to be comfortable. She has a heart condition and is already exhausted, sleeping for long periods. Does anyone have experience of radiotherapy in the frail elderly? I'd be very grateful to hear from you.
