Your father's medical team will be in the best position to answer this but I know it's tricky to get information over the festive period so if you'd like to have a chat with our cancer nurses they will be available tomorrow and Friday (and Monday - Friday the following week except New Year's Day) on 0808 800 4040 between 9a.m - 5p.m.
