Oesophagus stage 3

Hi all

my mother had stage 3 oso cancer and we were working to operation to remove. However when operation came they seen cancer spread to pancreas, stomach and main veins I’m devastated. Sorry but I love her so much. Chemo next step she is so honorable at 70 and battling on. I’m lost.

    I’m sorry to hear about your mom. My mom also has cancer and it’s devastating isn’t it? How are you holding up? How is she holding up? My mom had chemo treatments for 21 months before they were no longer helpful and were only making her sicker. I truly hope your mom has success with the chemo and that they are able to prolong things so that you can spend precious time with her.

    Hi thank you so much for your response. Excuse the delay in getting back. I do hope your Mam is ok and you are too. Your Mam seems like a fantastic lady to go through 21 months of chemo (outstanding) how is she keeping now? Chemo started last week and she soaked it up and pushing on pet scan also and we await result. Next chemo on Tuesday I hope it’s working but her symptoms seem to be coming back vomit gurgling etc. 

    She is an inspiration to me but it’s tough. Dad is at home caring too he has heart trouble.
