HI There

I was wondering if anybody can help me - my sister has started Chemo tablets yesterday Trametinib every 12 hours and Dabrafenib just before bed - is there anybody else who has experienced these medications.  As she only started them yesterday and is feel lousy, yesterday very sick and diarrohea (although on an anti-sickness tablet) and as if her body is on fire although at the moment no temperature and she has a feeling of something stuck in her gullet (bottom of the throat) - flu type symptoms - she is on this tablet form at the moment for at least 4 weeks and doesnt know if she can carry on with this awful feeling - does anybody know if this awful feeling subsides...
