I'm sorry to hear that your husband is struggling with his pain management this evening. I can see that you posted back in August and I was wondering if he had been referred to the palliative care team? If so then do get in touch with them for advice and support about this. 
If things have settled and he's more comfortable then I would suggest getting in touch with his GP surgery/Consultant first thing tomorrow morning and talking to them about the next steps that need to be taken. 

If he's still struggling this evening then give NHS 111 a call. They will be the best out of hours contact for support this evening/tonight and will be able to get someone out to see him at home.

Thanks for your reply he seems to has settled down now he hasent been referred to the palliative care team we are on our own am trying my best just don’t no how to help him when he’s in so much pain we’re of to see the oncologist on wed we’ll discuss with her see what she thinks the next stage should be  thank you again
