Welcome to the forum although I'm so very sorry to hear about your brother's diagnosis. 

I'm not sure there is anyone here on the forum who is dealing with both schizophrenia and GBM however I did find this recently active thread that may be of help. I'm sure that if you posted you'd be able to chat to rachWBA.
