I collected my husband today after colorectal surgery. He has a stoma, which he says he can cope with. I m worried as he has surgery 3 weeks ago and still eats barely anything. He s lost so much weight and has no appetite.

he had A chest infection , was in HD for a week and in hospital for 3 weeks.he had an faction befor he came home too.  His wound still needs dressing every other day as it’s not completely sealed.  The 18 lymph nodes removed, were ok so I know he’s lucky but I m scared as he’s so weak having lost 2 stone, he will start Chemotherapy in 8 weeks. I m completely at a loss as to how to help him. He depressed, vulnerable and he must be scared. I know I am. I feel I need help, but from where? Can anyone please advice me.
