My friend is receiving immunotherapy treatment pembrolizumab. She will be having her 4th round tomorrow. We had a consultant appointment today and she also had a ct scan just over a week ago. She was told today that the rumour on her lung and lymph nodes look bigger. Has anyone else gone through or going through this as well as we have gone on a Facebook forum and a couple of people have said that it will be swelling of the rumour due to it reacting with the immune system as it is being fought off and it won’t actually be that the tumour has grown or gotten bigger. Just wanting some advice and opinions.
