You sound to be really having a hard time at the moment and I understand a little of what you are going through. I am a Stage 3 melanoma patient so I can empathise with your mum-in-law's position and with yours too. I also look after my elderly dad who is ill and my only sibling, a younger brother, has just had a heart attack so I know the pressure you are feeling.
