I'm caring for my best friend who has terminal lung cancer. I'm really struggling with his symptoms during his chemo and his depression. Can anyone help?
Try and get some "you time" Marie Currie help so much when there's a terminal diagnosis .. if you go on their home page , you'll find lots of info ... reach out to anyone ...
It sounds like your friends getting angry with his depression ... if he gets angry at you, walk away ... go in another room .. take a brake ... your doing amazing just being there and caring ...
But no one can do that 24 / 7 without breaking too ... so try looking after you too ... who cares for the carers ... and McMillan are good for a chat when it gets too much ...
