my wife has been offered the optima trial, crunch time is tomorrow whether she decides to go ahead with it, but she's worried sick as it's only a trial and isnt sure that the treatment will work. it's mainly a new method of treating breast cancer with out using unneccesary chemo. has anyone else had this dilemma, the other alternative is chemo, radiotherapy and hormone treatment.
