Lung and secondary liver and lymphnode cancer!

Hi. 

Just would like some advice on the symptoms of cancer. Looking for the symptoms from 3-6 months left, weeks left and then days left. 

A family member has been diagnosed with lung cancer and secondary liver and lymphnodes. We are currently looking after them and we have been given between weeks - 6months left. 

Would like to know the signs and symptoms and what to expect for each stage left so i can pre-determine rounghly how long is left.

    I'm sorry to hear about your family member. It's not certain exactly what symptons they'll have but their symptom control nurse will be working to make them more comfortable. You should keep in close contact with the medical team and ask them all the questions you have, so you'll have a clearer idea of what to expect. We have some information on advance care and advanced cancer. Hopefully you'll have a better idea of how best to plan, so you and your family are as prepared as possible.
