Hi all

We just found out my brother has cancer about a week ago. It is advanced T3 Larynx cancer. They say it is curable and he started treatment on Friday. Chemo and radiotherapy. So everything has moved pretty quickly. The problem is my Dad who is 74 recently went to prison for 3 years through a mis carriage of justice. We are going to the High Court of Appeal but this takes months to be processed.. Currently my Dad has just managed to settle into prison life after about 3 months. I don’t think we should tell him my brother has cancer as it might make things worse for him. What do other people think..?? He won’t be able to do anything and won’t be able to see him as for now my brothers treatment is pretty much every day for the next two months..Has anyone else ever been in this situation?
