Hi there, 

I am French and live in London.
 One of my friend aged 30 years old was diagnosed with the bile duct cancer about a year ago.  She went through chemotherapy and she was feeling much better for a while. But bad news, the cancer came back. 

Now, the doctors have put her on palliative care as they think there is no more hope cause it has spread and therefore they stopped the chemotherapy. 

We cannot give up on her even though doctors have done already.... but she is still alive and when there is life there is hope as small as it is! 

Do you know if there is anything we could do to help her ? We are ready to try everything we can to give her more time on this earth, even travelling.
