Hi,
first time posting and needing of some help and advice. My mum was diagnosed with Mouth C last October had a major op and is now going through chemo (she has refused any further chemo) and Radio. As of yesterday she told the dr she doesn’t want to go further with the radiotherapy either (she has about 3 weeks left)
She has suffered badly because she doesn’t take her medications or look after herself as best she should die to mental health problems.
1) if I can convince her to change her mind do you think the hospital will consider re-starting her treatment after a week break
2) is there any additional support for people who struggle with the simple things taking medications etc
