I am so sorry to hear that your mum has had a reoccurrence of mantle cell cancer and that treatment isn't currently working. It must be such a heartbreaking time for you and those around her.

I think it might be worth talking to your mum's medical team to try and figure out whether they have a plan in place and also to know what to expect in the coming weeks. Do ask them any question that is on your mind so that you don't feel left in the dark. I hope you will also hear from others here who have had a similar experience before.
