Hello Again Everyone,
I hope you all are as well as can be, and I hope for those of you going through treatment that it's not being too harsh on you, and those supporting family and friends are feeling okay themselves.
My mum started chemo on the 11th of December, She has to have 6 rounds; 3 FEC and 3 T treatments for the aggressive form of breast cancer she was diagnosed with on the 13th of November. Her last chemotherapy was last Wednesday (2/1/19) and this time it's hit her a lot worse which we expected. But this time she is struggling with her taste a lot more, like I know happens alot during chemo. I've had a look around and 'seasoning meat isn't very helpful because my Mum doesn't want to look at meat! Haha.
So I just wanted to ask you all, what kind of small snacks can my Mum try that won't taste too weird, and that will actually taste like something? We are going for the 'small snacks and often' and then she's trying to eat as much of her main meals as she can, but knowing she's having the small snacks regularly means she's still actually having something to eat regularly throughout the day.
Thank you all in advance for your help, and I send lots of love and healing to all of you.
Love, A xxx
