Hi Sarah,  I can only advise about the pins and needles, it is probably neuropathy brought about by the chemotherapy, it may disappear after chemotherapy is finished, but sometimes it doesn’t. You can ask about medication, probably gabapentin, but they may not wish to give it him unless the neuropathy proves to be permanent.

I have the same exact diagnosis and have the same side effects.

I have been told that there is no cure but we must stay hopeful. The numbness is of my fingers is very difficult to mange but I have been told steriod should help which i will be enquiring about next week.
