My papa has terminal stomach and lung cancer and is finding it hard to sleep. He doesn’t sleep for more than an hour and is up and down constantly. He won’t lie in bed. In turn waking everyone else up, meaning no one is sleeping. He’s been prescribed sleeping tablets but they don’t seem to be working. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to help ? He is absolutely shattered but just cannot sleep.
