Breast cancer target therapy

Hi I was just wondering during if anybody has been through target therapy for their cancer? My girlfriend has breast cancer and has had three lots of her chemo and her next three are now due to be the target therapy along with the chemo. Just looking for a bit of information on it regards to the affects it has? She's to go through the chemo and therapy and then have a mastectomy.

    Thanks so much for the link to a bit more information on the it all Jenn! They are the two target therapy's that she will be having so it's good to read up on them! Just more worried about the side affects but they seem to be similar to the ones she gets sometimes now.
