Experiences with lymphoma

Hi mum was diagnosed blood cancer n after 1 unsuccessful chemo it was stopped n was told prognosis was 8 wks.   Went to hosp last wk 8th week btw n has been told now on remission n only been known in 2 other people.    But mums personality has changed she swears forgets things says her specs m hearing aid not workn but theyv all been checked.   Is this behaviour normal?   Shes to go for check abt what looks like skin cancers again   ct scan n being incontinent as well.   Just advice please xx

    I'm so happy to hear that your mum is in remission, and yet I can understand how her personality change may affect you and your family.

    It's difficult to say whether this was to be expected but I do hope you will soon hear from others here who have dealt with the same changes when caring for their loved ones affected by cancer.
