I lost both my mum and dad pretty close together .. and we cope, coz there's no alternative... but remember he's here today .. live every today he has .. my mum died of a heart attach .. calling me on the phone one monday morning about comming up mine tomorrow .. thats the last thing she said to me .. see ya tomorrow love .. only there was no tomorrow .. at 5.20 that after noon shed gone ..
No time to tell her just how amazing she was .. how she was my best friend.. and how proud I was to have had her for my mum ... every day you get, is a day I wish I'd had .. so take those days , not as your loosing him .. but as days to pack in a lifetime of love and memories ...
It's o.k to share feelings, admit your scared , and if nothing else, hold his hand, and you'll be glad you did ..itsnot going to be easy .. but you know .. I carry mum and dad with me, in my heart, where they are both safe .. and no one can take that away .. and then every step you take, everything you see and do, they'll be right there sharing it through your eyes .. because they made you .. you are them ..
