Spouse is in 3rd wk treatment radiation 5ea /chemo/1ea for LUL squamous tumour that has wrapped the nerves causing pain in arm, chest, back and neck. He is on low dosage Hydrocodone acetaminophen every 4 hrs along with gabapentin,,,his pain level seems to be increasing and he sleeps all the time. I know the dual treatments really zaps him, but has anyone else had the same but has had better pain managment?
