I just wanted to welcome you to the forum and I hope you will meet others here who have experienced similar difficulties following free flap reconstruction. It is sad that she still isn't able to drink anything and I hope that her condition improves soon.

It might be worth you getting in touch with a cancer organization in India as they might have some recommendations for you or some tips to help your mum out. I would for example suggest you contact the Indian Cancer Society  as they may have further information on this for you.
