Hi all sorry this is the first time I’ve posted on here. My nan has had lung cancer for just over a year now but things are getting bad now. She has been allowed home from the hospital as she insisted that she doesn’t want to die in hospital. I was always close to her but since she went to live with a family member that I don’t get along I feel that i can’t go to see her before it’s to late. I can’t talk to any other family members as we aren’t close and I can’t talk to my partner as we lost him mum to the same thing. I just don’t know what to do. Sorry if I have rambled on
