Hello , My dad got diagnose with this mielofibrosis cancer (blood something) I would like to give him some oil but I don't know much about how much and stuff

When you mention oil, are you referring to cannabis oil? If so, there are two types, one of which is illegal in the UK as it contains the mind altering substance THC. You can read our guidance on cannabis and CBD oil for more information.
Although research is on-going, there is currently not enough reliable evidence to prove that cannabinoids can effectively or safely treat cancer patients. We have a really interesting article about this on our Cannabis, cannabinoids and cancer news page.
We'd also recommend discussing this with your GP, as it could potentially interfere with other cancer treatments given to your dad by a doctor, as well as carry other side effects and risks, so do not give your dad anything until you have spoken to a medical professional first.
