My father has pancreatic cancer. I'm trying to figure out what this test and reading results mean. He said his cancer level went from a 189 to a 147 after his first 2 chemo treatments. I don't know what the name of the test is and what kind of news that is for our family. My father doesn't talk about the subject very much. Anyone know what this is?
