Hello, at what stage/point does one put a care plan together...? Mum is on no meds or chemo. She was given 3 months from 8th March... Mum has no symptoms that are obvious other than gets very tired quickly, gets full quickly from liquids and food. Her face looks fragile than usual too... I dont know who to reach out to?
