Sickness

My husband as high grade non Hodgkin’s lymphoma and has had 3 cycles of chemo so far, the last of which was 21 March (2.5 wks ago). So far he’s not had any adverse reactions to chemo except for a bit of tiredness. However, he is currently vomiting. We are aware that if he gets a fever we need to act on that fast, but what about vomiting? He does not have a fever and this could be totally unrelated to his chemo or lymphoma. But I was wondering if we should be really concerned and if so what should we do? Other than being sick, he’s not feeling unwell.
