Hi there Fizzy .. just wanted to send you lots of caring thoughts at this time ... what a sad year you've had .. to get the all clear, now this .. I wish I could give you words of advice that would help .. but I'm lost as I know I would feel absolutely drained and that's why it's called a roller coaster... the ups and downs at times don't seem to give you a break ... I'm on my breast cancer journey too .. 

All I can say is try to hold on as best you can ... and tears can let a bit of pressure out ... but there are lots here that will hold your hand and help you through as best we can ... hope you have some close family or friends to help you through too ... bless your heart, you must be one brave lady ... big hug to you ... chrisie xx
