My long distance boyfriend with leukaemia developed liver failure. It's been manageable for the time being with medication but we all know he'll need a transplant to survive. In the past weekend he's been showing signs of brain damage and its scaring me to death. We will have conversations over text as well as call and he'll forget them in under 24 hours. He forgets what day it is. He says his brain feels warped. He cant type due to shaking and keeps feeling dizzy. His head always hurts. 

He refuses to go to the hospital or to see his doctor because he doesnt want to worry anybody and I know that depression is a symptom but he has gotten to the stage where he wants to give up and thinks he's served his time. He won't even take the medication prescribed to him for the depression. There's nothing I can do to help him. 

I guess I'm just here to let all of this out. Im so scared and I know im not meant to be the one who is suffering, but i am.. I feel so alone
