Struggling with my husbands terminal cancer

My husband is only 33 he was 29 when told he had cancer. He is terminal and has been for three years he is really lucky to still be here so all the doctors keep telling us. Am a mum of three lovely kids found out am having our second baby and every day is now a fight my husband is allways angry with me he and I guess am looking fir advice on how to try and keep things calm not just for him but for everyone in our home. I know my husband has every right to be angry with the situation but all I won't to do is make every day special for our family. Im struggling to cope with everything going on and I know my husband must be knowing he will be leaving our kids and myself at some point in time. But could anyone help me to help him please

  • Hi there ... My heart goes out to you ... Bless ya heart ... Life sure ain't fare ... I can't imagine how you are keeping things going ... You must be at your wits end , juggling with so much ...

McMillan have help line where you could get help with practical things when it gets too much .or need someone to talk to..... Have you anyone close who you who can call on or when you just need a hug ... Yes he does have a right to feel angry but it's not fare when it effects the one person helping him ... May be he needs someone to talk to too , as he may be holding his feelings in so much it comes out as fustration ... If he knew how his little ones need him to stay calm , maybe when he's nice and calm , telling him how fragile their feelings are right now  ... I'm clutching at straws here in trying to help ... I hope someone can give you better advice then me , if they have been in your situation ...

Please look after you kind heart ... I hope you get some help on here or help line ... Please keep in touch coz in writing things down it may ease it a wee bit ... Sending you big hug .. chrisie xx
