I'm sorry to hear about your son's diagnosis Carole but I'm glad there is a clinical trial suitable for him to join.

I know you're hoping to connect with others who have been through this process so I just wanted to make you aware of ACS, which is the American Cancer Society, and the National Cancer Institute. As we are a UK based forum you may not find any members here who have been on this trial but if you work through the links I've provided you with you should be able to chat to others in America that may have information and contact the organisation's helplines to find out more as well.
