    Oh Baggiebabe,

I have been in your position and it's not an easy ride. I lost my Mum to metastases from breast cancer. She survived for 12 years and it wasn't until her final year that she was diagnosed with mets in her liver, lungs, bones and brain. This must be so hard for all the family.

Your emotions will be all over the place at the moment. Let yourself cry if you want to. It is a good stress relief.

Morphine can be one of the contributary factors to making your Mum feel quite nauseous and sleepy.

It is so hard at this stage, because you feel frustrated by how little you can do to help her. Just be there for her. Do you have any other family or friends to help you out with visiting, etc?

Please keep us updated on her progress. Remember, that we are always here for both of you whenever you feel like talking.

    Kind regards,

    Jolamine xx
