    Hi David,

Welcome to the forum that nobody really wants to join. I am so sorry to hear about your fiance's cancer diagnosis. Can you give us a few more details, such as when he was first diagnosed, what treatment regimes have been advised, etc? With a little more detail I'm sure that someone with the same type of symptoms may respond and be able to give both of you some support.

A cancer diagnosis affects not just the patient, but his family too. It is hard to watch a loved one deteriorate before your eyes. You need to be the strong one at the moment. Support him as much as you can. Attend his appointments with him, try and arrange any activities or visits he may want to do whilst he is still well enough.

Try not to dwell on the bigger picture, but deal with matters on a day-by-day basis.

Please keep us informed of his progress. There is always someone here to talk to if you feel like it.

    Kind regards,

    Jolamine
