  • Hello 86tricia and welcome to Cancer Chat.

I'm so sorry to hear about your granny and the situation you find yourself in. I know you're looking for information about your granny's diagnosis so I have included some information we have about lung cancer on our website. Our cancer nurses may also be able to give you some insight in to this so do give them a call if you would like to discuss your granny's situation with them in more detail. They are available Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m on 0808 800 4040, which is free to call from a UK landline.

I know there are other members on the forum that have also had a diagnosis of, or supported a friend or family member with lung cancer and now that I've replied I'm sure some of them will be along soon to offer their support and share their experiences with you. If you use the 'search forum' option above you can look and join in on previous discussions about lung cancer as well.

    I hope this helps 86tricia.

    All the best,

    Steph, Cancer Chat Moderator
