Welcome to the forum sistersue although I'm sorry to hear your sister has been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Has you sister discussed this thoroughly with her medical team? If not do make sure she does so she has all the information she needs before making her decision. Maybe you could go with her if she does have an appointment with them so you can find out about the pros and cons of this decision as well.
