I find it hard to sleep through stress just now when my husband was in hospital I couldn't sleep if I did I had horrendous dreams but to keep functioning somehow I tried to switch off and think of positive things easier said than done as I found my brain just kept going but some form of sleep was better than none.  My husband has a brain tumour so he is angry a lot it's hard to take it lightly and sometimes it does get to me but I try now to take myself out the picture walking away to do the dishes or something as we all have angry moments too! We r all in a similar situation. Hope this helps take care x
