my dad was told his cancer had spread to bones and bladder last october he was rushed in two weeks ago with uroseptis and it was bit touch and go he was delirious non stop but now he ok . but when they did the test for this they found out its spread to lungs lymph nodes etc and have given him 4 months at the very most they are letting him home weds with end of life pallative care . but ive gone to pieces im having anxiety and panics again  and just dont know how to cope with it all . cam anyone thts been through this  give me any ideas on ways to cope please  its all so heartbreaking x
